Referral Animal Skin Hospital (RASH Vets) is a specialist veterinary dermatology clinic operating in Palmerston North, New Zealand, with satellite clinics in Wellington, Otaki, and Hawke's Bay. Services are offered to pet owners and referring veterinary clinics. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Consultations & Referrals
Most consultations require a referral from your general veterinarian. In the case of self-referrals, we will obtain your pet's medical records before proceeding. Consultations are scheduled once these are received, and confirmation will be provided along with a new client form to complete.

3. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of your consultation. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash (please note we do not hold cash onsite, so change cannot be given). Estimates can be provided upon request.

4. Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the consultation fee.
